Associate Chiropractor → Future Practice Owner

Connected Chiropractic | Clifton, New Jersey

Are you looking for more than just an associate position?

Connected Chiropractic is seeking an ambitious chiropractor who wants to build a thriving career—not just see patients. This is a unique opportunity to join an established, wellness-focused practice with a structured pathway to leadership and potential ownership within 6–12 months.

You'll work alongside Dr. Suzi Schulman, who has proudly served the Clifton community for over 30 years and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of chiropractors in both clinical excellence and practice success.

What You'll Enjoy

  • Part-time clinical schedule (approximately 12–15 patient-care hours per week to start)

  • Established wellness-based practice with streamlined systems and exceptional patient care

  • Experienced support team and positive office culture

  • One-on-one mentorship in adjusting, patient communication, care planning, leadership, marketing, and practice management

  • Opportunity to expand your schedule, income, and responsibilities as the practice grows

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary

  • Performance Bonus: Earn 20% of the collections from the new patients you generate and personally treat.

  • Structured mentorship and leadership development

  • Clear pathway to Clinic Director and future ownership

As you build your own patient base, your income grows. This compensation model rewards initiative, productivity, and long-term practice growth while providing the support and mentorship needed to build a successful career.

Growth & Ownership Opportunity

This position is designed for someone who wants to become a leader—not remain an associate indefinitely.

For the right candidate, there is a structured opportunity to:

  • Advance into a Clinic Director role

  • Increase income through patient growth and leadership

  • Pursue an ownership or buy-in opportunity within 6–12 months
