What You Will Be Doing
  • Precision Installs: Measure, fit, and install residential glass, custom shower enclosures, skylights, insulated units, and window or door retrofits.
  • Jobsite Control: Check glass, hardware, and work orders before rolling out so your jobs go smoothly without missing parts.
  • Customer Care: Protect the client home using booties and drop cloths, keep work areas clean, communicate clearly on timing, and walk clients through final maintenance and care.
  • On Site Problem Solving: Handle real world jobsite adjustments with good judgment and keep the office updated on any unexpected field needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands on residential glass installation and repair experience.
  • Clean Record: Valid driver license and a clean DMV record. Background check and drug screen required for driving company vehicles.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting, maneuvering, and placing materials up to 50 lbs, as well as working from ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Mindset: Reliable, detail oriented, and proud of the work you leave behind.
What We Offer (Pay and Perks)
  • Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends, no on call work.
