200 Class A Multifamily Units - Hobbs, New Mexico

American Capital Realty Group, Inc. is currently operating in seven western states and is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with previous experience in multifamily housing maintenance. We believe in supporting our employees allowing them to do their jobs to the best of their ability. We have a solid Regional Support Team and direct access to the senior executives of the company and believe it is our job to make sure our employee can be successful.  This is a full time position with competitive pay.  If you like maintaining a beautiful property and helping to create great homes for our tenants, this is the job for you.  Duties include preparing units for new tenants, completing work orders for existing tenants, and maintaining the grounds to create a great place to live.
