About the role

Our product engineers own end-to-end product experiences for creative workflows—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser by building sophisticated creative tools that span delightful user interfaces, video & graphics rendering, and the integration of large generative AI models. As a small, collaborative team, our product engineers are trusted with a high degree of ownership and agency—directly influencing what we build and how we build it.

Responsibilities

  • Ship end-to-end product experiences for creative workflows, owning features from initial concept through production and iteration

  • Push the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser, building highly polished, performant user experiences for complex, media-rich creation and interaction

  • Build full-stack solutions that balance performance, scalability, and extensibility—including APIs, data flows, and services that support real-time and asynchronous workflows

  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of modern AI systems and work with the team to integrate them thoughtfully into product surfaces

  • Instrument, experiment, and iterate rapidly in production, using data, A/B tests, and user feedback to guide decisions

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of professional industry experience

  • Excellent engineering taste combined with a strong sense of practicality and time-management

  • Able to operate effectively in an extremely fast-paced environment as well as scope and deliver projects end-to-end

  • Strong full-stack development experience with modern web development technologies (React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js), API frameworks, and cloud platforms

  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms and data structures)

Even better if…

  • Experience with complex rendering or real-time media processing

  • You are grounded, collaborative, and willing to do whatever it takes to help the team win

  • You have been a startup founder or an early engineer at one

Benefits:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

  • 401K with employer match

  • Commuter Benefits

  • Catered lunch multiple days per week

  • Dinner stipend every night if you're working late and want a bite!

  • Grubhub subscription

  • Health & Wellness Perks

  • Multiple team offsites per year with team events every month

  • Generous PTO policy
