Your responsibilities as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics.
• Providing individual and couple therapy, as well as family sessions tailored to specific needs.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans based on clients' unique situations, which may cover topics such as relationship conflicts, family adjustments, and stress management.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in navigating various challenges, including grief, addiction, and communication issues.
• Tracking and documenting clients' progress and adapting treatment plans as needed to better meet their goals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Engaging in continuous professional development and supervision to maintain high standards of care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individuals facing complex challenges such as addiction, trauma, blended family dynamics, and communication barriers. Serving various age groups from children and adolescents to adults, you will deliver the support necessary to help families heal and thrive together.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• A solid understanding of familial dynamics and the ability to apply various therapeutic modalities.

While not mandatory, the following attributes are highly desirable:

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital treatment platforms.
• Prior work in community health settings or diverse clinical environments.
• Specialization in family conflicts, substance abuse recovery, and grief counseling.
• Competency in maintaining client confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
