Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify issues and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Facilitate sessions with couples, as well as individual therapy to address personal challenges and relational dynamics.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health into primary care settings and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide support for a range of challenges, including:

  • Substance abuse issues
  • Experiences of trauma, both physical and psychological
  • Grief and loss
  • Family conflicts, including parent-child and sibling disputes
  • Adjustments related to separation and divorce
  • Challenges within blended families
  • Stressors related to medical conditions and employment
Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Bright Life Center, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice as an LMFT.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare with an emphasis on patient-centered approaches.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Experience working with a broad spectrum of family dynamics and complex psychological issues.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and protocols.
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits

Bright Life Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
