The Atlanta Braves Guest Services team is dedicated to creating positive memories and experiences for each fan we encounter through our welcoming attitudes, proactive service, dedication to excellence, and our desire to make each guest a part of the Braves family. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy being a team player, consider joining the Guest Services team as a part of Gameday Staff for the 2026 season!
A Guest Services role may be for you if:
  • You are prepared to work approximately 85% of the games following your potential hire date.
  • You can report 2.5 hours before first pitch and remain on-site for up to an hour after the last out.
  • You can stay active for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • You can work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • You have reliable transportation ensuring you can commute to and from work for all games, including instances of weather delays or extra innings.

A-List Membership Team
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join the A-List Membership Team, dedicated to creating unforgettable and personalized moments for our Atlanta Braves A-List Members (season ticket holders). Your responsibilities will include greeting Members, handling special requests, creating memorable moments, and resolving issues. You will also play a key role in helping Members navigate the MLB Ballpark App and Ticketmaster.
