Job Opportunity: Assisted Living Coordinator - Where Leadership Meets Compassion

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As our Assisted Living Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care in a vibrant, person-centered environment. *This role is Full-Time, with on-call rotation every other week (including weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Training:
โ€ข Respond to applicant inquiries promptly and coordinate interviews
โ€ข Oversee interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training processes
โ€ข Schedule training sessions and ensure completion of annual education requirements
โ€ข Facilitate new employee floor training and skills testing with RN/LPN
Scheduling & Coordination:
โ€ข Maintain and manage staff schedules
โ€ข Monitor and address call-ins, coordinating with the RN/LPN as necessary
โ€ข Cover open shifts when required
Resident Cares:
โ€ข Provide direct personal cares as needed
โ€ข Administer medications as needed
Life Enrichment/Dining Experience:
โ€ข Manage daily and monthly Life Enrichment activities and assessments
โ€ข Produce monthly activity calendars, monthly menus and newsletters for residents
โ€ข Meal preparation, cook meals and serve our residents
Administrative Tasks:
โ€ข Order medical supplies and equipment (e.g., Medline orders)
โ€ข Order cleaning and food supplies
โ€ข Managing house inventory
โ€ข Submitting monthly financials
โ€ข Submit maintenance work orders
โ€ข Approving timecards bi-weekly
Housekeeping Duties:
โ€ข Ensure timely room turnovers for new residents
โ€ข Assist with laundry and cleaning duties as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
โ€ข A knack for problem-solving and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
โ€ข Strong people skills and the heart of a true team player.
โ€ข A passion for creating vibrant, home-like environments for both residents and staff.
โ€ข Experience in long-term care or healthcare (2+ years preferred).
โ€ข Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
โ€ข Excellent time management and organizational skills
โ€ข Strong communication and customer service skills
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations
