The Bulk Plant Supervisor will direct and manage the aggregate operations for a facility with overall responsibilities for safety, environmental, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. The position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for a safe, environmentally sound production of a quality product.
This opportunity is perfect for the heavy industrial professional who is looking to grow their career with an industry leader. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises hourly production employees

  • Provides training to the hourly workforce

  • Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
