Würth Baer Supply is searching for a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Pennsauken, NJ. Join our growing and dynamic team and help us in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

Location: Würth Baer Supply Company - 8295 National Highway, Unit C, Pennsauken, NJ 08110

Starting Compensation: $20.00/HR (non-negotiable)

Pre-Employment Drug Test Required (Urinalysis): WE TEST FOR THC. NO EXCEPTIONS. TESTING POSITIVE FOR ANY FORM OF THC WILL DISQUALIFY YOU.

Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time. Direct Hire to the Company. No Agencies. No contracts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm ET

Role Responsibilities:

  • The majority of this role consists of fulfilling/picking orders of laminate sheets, glue, and other miscellaneous products. Most of the work is done on foot.
  • Process orders, locating products, processing returns, on-foot and vehicular order picking
  • SIT-DOWN PROPANE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3-PEDAL CONFIGUARATION with CLUTCH (INCHING PEDAL) + BRAKE + GAS.
  • Processing outbound orders in LTL shipping area - Fast paced verification of quantities and item condition before loading onto carrier tractor trailers
  • Processing inbound delivery receipts - Indicate products on receipt match products delivered, noting damages or quantity discrepancies as needed
  • Working in a team environment on a variety of inbound and outbound warehouse duties
  • Loading and unloading of flatbeds, railcars, and containers
  • Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
  • Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sit-down forklift experience (propane variety)

Role Characteristics

  • Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
  • Monday-Friday full-time schedule 8:30am-5:00pm
  • We do not work overtime at this branch.
