Job description

A new start-up, state-of-the-art lab is hiring a full-time, permanent MT or MLT. This lab provides innovative testing to meet the unique testing needs of the tissue and eye bank industry. It is CLIA certified, CAP accredited, ISO accredited, FDA and TGA registered for screening human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products.

 

DESCRIPTION

- Performs clinical testing in one or more of the following areas: accessioning, serology, molecular and point of care.

- Performs waived, moderate and high complexity testing using manual and automated processed

- Obtains or receives specimens, performs laboratory tests according to written procedures

- Complies with all protocols, SOPs and regulatory requirements

- Completes all proficiency and competency tasks
