Are you ready to inspire, motivate, and lead high-energy fitness classes?
Zone Health and Fitness is looking for a dynamic and passionate Premier Coach to lead our Functional Fitness, High-Intensity Premier class. You'll guide members through exciting, results-driven workouts in Deka and CrossFit and , helping them crush their fitness goals while ensuring safety and fun.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and energize Deka and CrossFit classes for all fitness levels.
  • Provide personalized coaching and modifications to meet individual member needs.
  • Motivate and inspire participants to push their limits while keeping a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure safety with proper techniques and adherence to gym standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized workout spaces; report equipment issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and incorporate them into your classes.
  • Collaborate with fellow coaches to create an outstanding member experience.
  • Participate in gym events, workshops, and promotional opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience as a fitness coach.
  • Ability to design and execute engaging workouts for all fitness levels.
  • Certifications such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or GED.
