Job description

About Us: Busy family of professional adults (and a friendly dog) across multiple households seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a team and a keen eye for detail. 

Job Summary: The Family Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning and household management tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our home. Responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry, and other household duties as needed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each workday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
    • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing

    • Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms

    • Maintain the Home’s overall exterior appearance as well as all outdoor furniture and protective covers

    • Organize and declutter spaces to ensure a tidy and functional home environment

  • Laundry & Ironing:
    • Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing and linens
    • Manage laundry schedules and ensure proper care of clothing and household textiles
    • Assist with documenting outgoing and incoming Dry Cleaning
  • Household Management:
    • Assist with organizing and managing household supplies and equipment
    • Help with communicating any inventory needs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role

  • Fluent in English and able to communicate verbally and electronically

  • Must be a nonsmoker

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment

  • Ability to handle household tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a professional attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license and transportation 

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and online time card systems
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and preferably grow with our company 

Compensation:

  • $50-$55 per hour
  • Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week
