In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to deliver differentiated product solutions that enhance customer productivity, improve quality, and reduce total cost of ownership. You will serve as a key voice in transforming customer needs into actionable product direction and will lead initiatives that shape our competitive position in the market.This position is responsible for managing the full product life cycle—from concept through launch and eventual phase‐out. You will use market insights, customer feedback, and data‐driven decision-making to define segment strategies, build compelling business cases, lead cross-functional new product development processes, and optimize the performance and profitability of the product portfolio. You will also champion the creation of sales tools, value calculations, pricing frameworks, training materials, and marketing messages that support product differentiation, field adoption, and commercial success.**Job Requirements:** Candidates should bring a strong background in engineering or technical product management with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Textile, or Paper Science Engineering; or commensurate experience in the paper industry. . A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in industrial textiles, papermaking fabrics, filtration media, technical textiles, or related engineered products is required.
