Job description

Epson is a global technology leader dedicated to delivering innovative imaging and printing solutions that help businesses improve productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency. Our Commercial and Industrial Printing business is transforming the way organizations produce graphics, signage, textiles, and specialty applications through industry-leading large format printing technology.
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market penetration, and building strategic relationships with end-user customers. This role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering complete Epson solutions that address customer needs and business objectives. As a member of Epson's Commercial and Industrial Printing team, you will support the growth of our large format printing portfolio, helping customers leverage innovative technologies for graphics, signage, textile, and specialty printing applications.
Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to engage key decision-makers with value-based solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled at building trust, understanding customer challenges, and demonstrating how Epson's innovative technologies can deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
What You Will Do:
Build Sales and Business Growth
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue objectives within assigned territory and target markets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Establish and strengthen Epson's presence within key strategic accounts and target organizations
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and leads generated through marketing, trade shows, channel partners, and other business development activities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend Epson solutions, programs, and services that deliver business value
  • Leverage channel partners to support customer success and maximize market opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain expertise in Epson product offerings, industry trends, competitive developments, and market dynamics
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and lead-generation activities
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Sales Planning and Administration
  • Develop and provide monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity records
  • Provide regular territory updates and sales reports to management
  • Operate effectively within established budgets and business guidelines
  • Support business planning activities and strategic growth initiatives

Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, service, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Experience within the printing, graphics, signage, textile, industrial, or related technology industries preferred
  • Experience within the commercial and industrial printing industry required
  • Large format printing and digital inkjet technology experience strongly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling, value-based selling, presentation, and proposal development skills
  • Experience selling complete business solutions rather than standalone products
  • Ability to articulate total cost of ownership, return on investment, and business value propositions to customers
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Strong business judgment, executive presence, and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility through professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel 25-30% overnight, plus local travel

Employee Benefits
In addition to joining a team of dedicated professionals who support each other and are passionate about their work, you'll also enjoy a variety of attractive, industry-leading benefits.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage eligibility on start date
  • Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidays
  • Income protection plans, including life insurance and short-term and long-term disability programs paid by the company
  • 401K plan with company matching
  • Educational reimbursement, employee assistant program (EAP), adoption assistance, employee discounts and much more!

The starting annual base pay for this role is between $106,802 and $146,853. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Epson's sales incentive compensation plan. Target total compensation is structured under a 65/35 pay mix, with approximately 65% of target compensation represented by base salary and 35% represented by target incentive compensation.
