Crown Health Care Laundry will be the leading quality laundry provider to healthcare facilities throughout the Southeast United States. We strive to be recognized as the quality provider of health care linens to customers who demand quality products for patient care and sound linen management solutions to help reduce overall costs.
About the Role:
The Flatwork/DryFold position is essential in ensuring the efficient processing and handling of laundered textiles, primarily focusing on flatwork items such as sheets, tablecloths, and other large fabric pieces. The role involves operating specialized folding and finishing equipment to prepare textiles for delivery or further use, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires attention to detail to identify and address any imperfections or issues with the fabric during the folding process. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow within the laundry or textile processing facility, supporting overall operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that all flatwork items are folded neatly, accurately, and ready for distribution or customer use, upholding the company's commitment to quality service.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate industrial folding and finishing machinery.
  • Basic understanding of textile handling and care.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
