Job description

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our Global High-Tech division supporting our data center and microelectronics customers. As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for working with Corporate Account Managers (CAMs) and Field Sales & Service teams to support select Data Center accounts in the areas of Safety, Retention/Growth, Value & Team.

What You Will Do:

  • Foster safety culture within portfolio with messaging/recognition

  • Develop/maintain safety stats for CAM utilization

  • Ensure SOW execution across all sites in portfolio while streamlining and standardizing our offering (service, compliance, commercial interaction, documentation)

  • Normalize usage of Nalco Water developed digital tools across portfolio in account activity (E3D, WQI, AI, Water Watch, etc.) where applicable

  • Develop / administer customer specific training platform for new account personnel

  • Engage in site cadence calls across corporate account portfolio

  • Drive innovation trial work at selected sites

  • Contribute to corporate account business reviews from operations perspective

  • Create / maintain relationships with key portfolio contacts

  • Understand customer satisfaction scoring metrics and ensure "supplier scorecard" for Nalco Water contracted services is maximized > 90% for retention activities

  • Collaborate with field associates to drive and help achieve the annual specified Total Value Delivered (TVD) goal for portfolio

  • Ensure every customer site within portfolio has at least 1x value project implemented/documented

  • Create sense of "community" amongst field level associates that support the portfolio

  • Support internal portfolio cadence calls to communicate and drive field level initiatives

Position Details:

  • Must be located within 20-miles of Phoenix, Arizona or willing to relocate to be considered

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 5 years of relevant, direct/adjacent industrial work experience

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cloud Based File Storage, Email Communication

  • Willingness to travel overnight to customer sites/meetings dependent upon need and scheduling

  • Position requires a current and valid driver's license

Physical Demands:

  • Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

  • Conduct site walks <= 3 miles

  • Climb vertical ladders

  • Lift and carry 25lbs. short distances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional team leadership / managerial experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $142,100-$213,200 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
