Consultant to join the Water Safety Services Marketing Team. This role focuses on conducting water safety audits and developing water safety plans that help reduce waterborne pathogen risks. The associate will support customers across North America primarily with Global High Tech. What You Will Do
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry best practices for reducing waterborne pathogen risk, with an emphasis on plans that manage risks associated with Legionella and other pathogens.
  • Conduct on-site water system assessments and summarize findings in technical reports.
  • Support customer review meetings by presenting key findings and service reports.
  • Help customers manage water management program compliance and performance.
  • Create and deliver water safety training for customers and field representatives.
  • Present educational seminars on best-practice guidelines for facility water safety management.
  • Partner with sales teams to schedule and conduct water safety site surveys and assessment services.
  • Support marketing and technical projects during non-travel periods.
  • Travel to customer locations across North America approximately 40% to 60% of the time.
  • Prepare customer offers for water safety programs and services.
Location

Preferred location is Chicago, Illinois, or the eastern United States, from New York to Washington, DC, with proximity to a major airport.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • 5 years of technical experience
  • 50% or more overnight travel
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, such as biology, microbiology, or engineering.
  • Experience preparing detailed technical reports
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for waterborne pathogens in building water systems.
  • Experience in marketing, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $107,400-$161,100 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
