Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and system accuracy initiatives. The intern will work closely with teams across Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Operations to help maintain accurate supply chain data and support day-to-day business activities. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in supply chain, analytics, business operations, or process improvement.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer master information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and guide stakeholders on required corrections to maintain data integrity.
  • Examine customer order patterns to identify demand shifts, seasonality, and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, and other teams to support end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations that track key supply chain metrics and support leadership decision‑making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide day‑to‑day support to the supply chain team.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and business systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
