Foreclosure Services Referrals Processor

Location Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $20-$23hr

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Full-Time

• W2 employment

• Start date: TBD

Role Impact

The Foreclosure Services Referrals Processor serves as the first point of contact for initiating foreclosure case files. This role ensures new referrals are accurately imported, documented, and routed for processing in compliance with client and investor guidelines. Success in this position means managing high-volume intake with precision, maintaining strict deadlines, and supporting seamless case progression from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process foreclosure referrals from client websites, email, and physical documentation

• Import referrals into internal case management systems and accurately notate case details

• Prepare and merge cover sheets; coordinate with title companies to obtain and review title reports

• Create investor system profiles and request additional documentation from clients as needed

• Conduct skip traces and Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) military searches

• Manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams; route client emails appropriately

• Maintain reports to track critical due dates and ensure timely follow-up


Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or foreclosure processing

• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Vendor foreclosure processing platforms and mortgage servicing systems

• Advanced 10-Key proficiency and typing speed of 50+ WPM

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with title companies and reviewing title reports

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize multiple deadlines
