We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Unilingual - English OR Bilingual - English/French) to join our client's team in Concord, ON. This position requires a fluent English or English/French speaker with previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry. Pay: $22.00-23.00/hour Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers - Keep an up-to-date report on status of customer shipments and profiles - Take calls, respond to customer inquiries, and relay to appropriate parties - Other administrative duties as required Qualifications: - Strong previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry - Excellent English communication skills - Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset - Good typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) - High attention to detail - Enjoy working in a team environment - Able to work in Concord Apply now!
