A Mitchell Selig Ford Sales Consultant or Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with the standards of the Ford Motor Company brand. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Automotive Sales Consultant:
    • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
    • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
    • Negotiate pricing and close sales
    • Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
    • Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, and digital showroom requests
    • Manage CRM follow-up processes via phone, email, and text
    • Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
    • Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process
    • Achieve internet sales and appointment conversion targets
