We're looking for a motivated, energetic communicator to join our Business Development Center (BDC). This is more than answering phones. You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, text, email, and chat, helping answer questions, scheduling appointments, and creating the kind of experience that makes people excited to visit our dealership.

What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, online chat, and video
  • Build relationships that encourage customers to visit the dealership
  • Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, financing, leasing, and availability
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Create personalized communications that stand out from the competition
  • Generate lease and purchase payment quotes using our advanced software
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience with every interaction
