Real Income Potential
- $100,000+ earning potential for strong performers
- Flat-rate pay plan
- Top technicians average 70 flagged hours per week
- Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus based on experience
- Demand exceeds current shop capacity
- Average 5 ROs per day
- Strong mix of customer pay and warranty work
- Additional used car recon and PDI opportunities when available
- Customers always prioritized, meaning consistent productive work
- Primarily skill-based dispatching
- Repeat vehicles go back to the technician familiar with them

- Multiple 12K hoists for EV-capable work

- Work alongside:
- Two ASE Master Technicians

- No Saturdays ever
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule
- 1-hour lunch break

- Extremely low turnover in both main shop and quick service
- Service Manager in place since 2023 with 12+ years combined service/parts experience, including Matick tenure
- Clean facility

- At least 4 ASE certifications
- Valid Michigan Mechanic Certification
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Reliable work ethic and team mindset
- GM EV Expert / Master path preferred
- Technicians willing to perform all work they are certified for

Requirements
What We Ask of You:
- ASE and/or State Certification is Required
- Strong automotive repair background required
- Clean driving record and driver's license required
- Basic computer skills
