Service Customer Experience Agent (BDC)
At Doug Smith Auto, we take pride in taking care of our customers and our team. As a Service BDC Agent, you'll be the central communication hub for our Service Department-handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer chats, scheduling service appointments, and answering basic questions to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
You are the first point of contact and the ultimate helper for our service guests. No high-pressure sales-just high-quality customer care across every channel.
  • Manage Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages, and live website chats.
  • Scheduling: Book service appointments accurately so our workshop stays efficient and customers get back on the road safely.
  • Customer Support: Answer basic service questions, provide updates, and ensure every guest feels valued.
  • Outreach: Make outbound follow-up calls to remind customers about upcoming maintenance or check in on recent service.
