Position Overview - Business Development Representative (BDC Rep)
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to engage leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach. Your efforts will directly support our sales team and drive showroom traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries
  • Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement
  • Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments
  • Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased

Requirements
What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year prior BDC experience is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work nights and Saturdays

Compensation:
  • Hourly + Commission = 3K - 5K per month based on performance
