A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill full-time Case Review Specialists in its Pasadena office as detailed below.


Title: Case Review Specialist (on-site, not remote)


Location: Pasadena, CA


Hours: Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week (Monday through Friday 8:30 am โ€“ 5:30 pm)


Starting Pay: $30 per hour


Minimum Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s Degree; Office Work Experience.


Experience / Training: Prior law office experience is a plus but not required if the candidate possesses the right analytical and critical thinking skills. Training will be provided.


Benefits: We provide benefits to full-time employees after a 90-day probational period including

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze documents / information collected from prospective clients,
  • Summarize important details from documents,
  • Use analytical skills to connect important facts to one another,
  • Research defendants and lawsuits,
  • Work closely with attorneys to provide case support,
  • Other similar duties as necessary
