Core Responsibilities:
  • Convert visitors into customers by greeting them promptly, asking questions to understand their needs, and make vehicle recommendations that suit their interests and lifestyle.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features and technology, and explain the benefits of optional packages and upgrades.
  • Facilitate the sales process, including arranging test drives and assisting customers with their sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers and educate them on basic vehicle features such as navigation, key fobs, pairing phones and other accessories, etc.
  • Preserve customer relationships by following up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat or referral business.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Ability to connect with others easily using strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Confident, persistent and persuasive; comfortable with negotiations and overcoming objections.
  • Accomplishment driven, demonstrating strong initiative and desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong computer skills including typing, internet usage and navigating CRMs.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
