• Transfer calls to the appropriate administrative assistant or production coordinator.
• Prioritize the customer above all other tasks-whether you're on a call or in between calls.
• Live Scheduling
• Schedule residential roofing appointments in real time.
• Use internal tools to coordinate with the production calendar and available team members.
• Online Leads & Response
• Respond promptly (within 5 minutes) to all online and text inquiries through company software.
• Be familiar with roofing terminology or be proactive in finding the answers customers need.
• Customer Reviews & Surveys
• Follow up with customers post-payment to request Google reviews and complete surveys via phone, text, or email.
• Monitor and help respond to public online reviews across platforms.
• Keep lead generation sites up-to-date with current photos, branding, and business info.
• Front Office Support
