Our platform provides a user-friendly online counseling space to conduct sessions through video or text, significantly reducing administrative burdens so you can focus on client care.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions using secure video chat technology to address clients' mental health concerns.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients to explore emotions, life experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients by guiding them in setting achievable mental health goals based on their individual needs and circumstances.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches.
• Utilize our integrated therapy platform to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and referrals.

At Brightside, you will primarily work with stable adult clients who are seeking assistance for less acute mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened to ensure a good fit for remote counseling, allowing you to focus on providing effective care without the complexities of high-acuity cases. We aim to align you with clients whose needs and demographics closely match your expertise and preferences, ensuring a rewarding therapeutic experience for both sides.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted state licensure, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal and empathic skills, with a passion for helping others through challenging times.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling environment and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to best practices in mental health counseling.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to supplement or establish your primary income.
