Job Summary

Position Summary

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Premium Suites department, including answering phones, assisting staff, maintaining records, supporting POS operations, and completing event-day operational duties. Availability to work event days, including weekends and select holidays, is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Answer phones and provide administrative support.

-Assist staff with POS and operational questions.

-Maintain records, track invoices, and assist with inventory.

-Support training and other departmental administrative functions.

 -Serve as lead support on event days, including Suite Attendant check-in/check-out, assigning orders in Xenial, distributing keys/radios, and assisting with gratuity reconciliation.

-Perform other duties as assigned.
