As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, addressing clients' mental health needs.
• Facilitating open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, helping them gain insights and develop healthier relationship patterns.
• Serving as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in identifying personal goals and crafting targeted treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Employing a solution-focused approach to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies to foster positive outcomes.

Your client caseload will consist of carefully screened adult clients who have been determined to be stable with low acuity. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure in good standing in Massachusetts as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and empathetic demeanor.
• Competency in using technology to facilitate telehealth services and maintain client records.

A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication strategies, crisis intervention skills, and a solid understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
