What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day will never be dull! You’ll be:

  • Managing & engaging with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media

  • Matching Guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs

  • Shooting quick video walkarounds and sending to interested buyers

  • Preparing and presenting vehicles for test drives

  • Guiding Guests through the full sales journey — from first touch to delivery

  • Staying up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handling objections with confidence

  • Building long-term Guest relationships and developing a personal book of repeat business

  • Assisting with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up communications 

What You’ll Need:
  • Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)

  • A passion for people, performance, and personal development

  • Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!

  • A professional appearance and attitude

  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
