What You'll Do

As an Automotive Internet Sales Associate, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience while converting online and phone inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales opportunities.

Customer Communication

  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, chat, and third-party leads
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, professional communication
  • Answer vehicle, pricing, financing, and dealership questions accurately
  • Qualify customer needs, trade information, timeline, and purchasing goals
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression with every interaction

Appointment Setting & Lead Management

  • Schedule qualified showroom appointments for the sales team
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers before their visit
  • Re-engage customers who missed appointments or have not yet purchased
  • Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure every customer receives a seamless showroom experience
  • Help maximize appointment show rates through proactive communication

CRM & Customer Follow-Up

  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
  • Document every customer interaction, appointment, and follow-up activity
  • Complete all assigned CRM tasks and maintain organized lead management
  • Execute dealership follow-up campaigns for unsold customers, lease maturities, equity opportunities, and previous owners
  • Generate reports and assist management with lead tracking as needed

Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding service that reflects the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Follow up after appointments and vehicle purchases
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave online reviews
  • Support dealership events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Help build lifelong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
