Job description

About the Job
Do you feel a calling to help children find their voices?
Do you want to be excited to go to work every morning?
Do you want to feel seen, heard, and appreciated at work?
Are you looking for a more collaborative team and a supportive admin?
This is our passion and what we strive to accomplish every day!
What We Offer:
  • Flexible, as-needed scheduling options.
  • Work-life balance- NEVER chart at home.
  • Supportive, ENERGETIC, positive team culture.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • CEU, conference, and travel compensation.
  • And you get your Birthday OFF (who doesn't love that?!).
ABOUT US:
Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing is more than a pediatric therapy clinic-we are a collaborative team committed to helping children communicate, connect, and thrive. Our unique setting brings speech-language pathology, audiology, occupational therapy, and early childhood deaf education together under one roof, giving clinicians the opportunity to work across disciplines and make a meaningful impact on children and families.
We serve children from infancy and beyond, including children who are deaf or hard of hearing through our specialized early intervention school. At Davies Institute, SLPs have the opportunity to grow their clinical skills, collaborate closely with other specialists, and build lasting relationships with families-all within a supportive, family-centered environment where quality of care comes before volume.
If you're looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, keep growing as a clinician, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the families and each other, Davies Institute offers something different from the typical therapy setting.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to review patient goals and progress.
  • Provide services in inclusive settings when appropriate and coordinate care with other providers.

  • Counsel parents and families on strategies to support communication at home.
  • Follow all clinic procedures, protocols, and documentation standards.
CLINICAL SUPPORT AND ENGAGEMENT:

  • LSLS training or knowledge is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

OTHER DUTIES:
