Proposal Summary: 

This project supports the U.S. Courts in delivering complex IT modernization and management services to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The goal is to provide expert project management, technical expertise, and analytical support to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements including anticipating stakeholder needs, navigating judiciary-specific governance structures, and supporting systems governed by the Judicial Conference.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst performs detailed testing and analysis, drafts comprehensive reports, and supervises junior analysts. This role supports engagement planning and quality assurance across project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

         Conduct detailed testing and analysis of systems and processes.

         Draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis.

         Supervise and review work performed by junior analysts.

         Contribute to engagement planning and quality assurance activities.

         Engage with system, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements.

         Assist in resolving complex issues related to project objectives.

         Provide expert advice and counsel supporting agency management and business improvements.

Qualifications:

         Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field

         Minimum of five (5) years professional experience

         Proficiency in performing detailed testing and analysis

         Ability to draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis

         Experience supervising engagement team members, conducting on-site quality control, and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

         Demonstrated ability to review and approve working papers, deliverables, findings, and final reports.

         Prior experience supporting the AOUSC and the Federal judiciary advantageous.
