Your Role:

  • Perform tasks such as updating various Microsoft file types.
  • Provide support for legacy records and review and comment on documents.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, technical writing, or English.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience demonstrated performance, and education may substitute for degree requirements.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in using MS Word.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain records and manage configuration/change control.
  • Knowledge of desktop publishing applications for formatting, developing, and revising procedures, manuals, reports, presentation materials, etc.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
