Position Summary

Medivant Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Field Sales Representative to support the growth of our Health & Longevity division. The ideal candidate will be based in Miami/Florida and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with health and longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, and integrative medicine providers throughout the assigned territory. This is a highly field-focused role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional who can build new business, establish strategic relationships, and drive product adoption within the functional medicine and hormone optimization community.

Travel Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel. This position requires travel for approximately three weeks per month (up to 75%) throughout the assigned territory. The successful candidate should be willing and able to spend significant time visiting customers, attending conferences, conducting in-person meetings, and developing new business opportunities across Miami.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the assigned territory, targeting health and longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, and integrative medicine providers.
  • Conduct in-person office visits to introduce Medivant's product portfolio, qualify accounts, and generate initial orders.
  • Identify and prioritize innovator-segment physicians, including A4M-affiliated providers, IFM-trained practitioners, Biote-certified clinics, and independent cash-pay longevity practices.
  • Onboard new customer accounts and ensure they are enabled to order from Medivant.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through account activation, first order, and ongoing account management.
  • Coordinate handoffs with the inside sales team to support continued account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
  • Attend relevant regional and national conferences, including A4M, IFM, PCCA, and NCPA, as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, compounding pharmacy, or healthcare industries.
  • Existing relationships within the functional medicine, hormone therapy, or longevity clinic community in Miami/Florida
  • Ability to successfully sell into independent, cash-pay medical practices.
  • Proven track record of developing new territories and opening new customer accounts.
  • Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to discuss injectable testosterone protocols, dosing formats, and compounding quality standards with healthcare providers.
  • Must reside in Miami/Florida
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (up to 75%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling for a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy, Biote, Evexias, or a similar hormone therapy organization.
  • Established relationships with A4M or IFM-affiliated physicians throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Knowledge of peptide therapies and the broader health optimization market.
  • Experience calling on Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) in independent practice settings.

Compensation & Benefits
