Job Description:
- Design, develop, and own the end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases
- Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
- Lead and coordinate testing activitiesfor modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria
- Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions
- Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection
- Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
- Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms
- Mentor A1/A2 engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement
- Understand basic checks like fraud, credit, tax validation
- Cloud test execution platforms (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc.) Beginner: 1-2 years Finance or billing system knowledge Telecom Domain 1-2 years E2E financial systems testing & automation experience No-code/low-code) test automation platform: AccelQ 1-2 years SAP/ERP system knowledge (2-3 years)
