Job Description:
We are seeking a UAT Lead Tester with proven experience in fulfillment and end-to-end testing for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading UAT efforts, coordinating test cycles, and ensuring successful validation of order management and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for fulfillment systems.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to define UAT scope and acceptance criteria.

  • Develop detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.

  • Validate end-to-end order processing, shipping, and fulfillment flows.

  • Track, document, and communicate UAT results, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to testers during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of QA/UAT testing experience with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

  • Strong background in fulfillment, order management, and supply chain workflows.
