Job Title: Field Testing manager

Location: Redmond, Washington - onsite
Job Summary:

Field Testing manager manages multiple Field testing & certification projects for various clients as per operator & OEM requirements

Devices are tested at both stationary locations and specific drive routes

Data Performance, Call Performance.

Client communication and reporting

Experience required:

At least 7 10 years of prior experience on mobile device testing is must.

Responsibilities:

Perform wireless device field testing per test plan and collect logs using Specific test tools

Troubleshoot device related and tool issues when required.

Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in handset behavior

Review test results for accuracy and quality

Execute tests and communicate results, defects efficiently to Lead.

Skills Required:

Experience with different mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS

Should have Exposure to Quality Center/Defect Management tool

Well versed with 4G LTE, 5G (SA/NSA and FR1/FR2) technologies

Knowledge of end to end call flows Voice (CS and IMS), SMS, Data and MMS

Should have Exposure to Quality Center/Defect Management tool

Experience in customer join testing.

Skills Preferred:

QXDM logging, MTK logger and Shannon Tool

Prior Experience of Carrier Field testing, AGPS Testing, VZW DFIT, AT&T Field Test or any OEM field test
