RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance in Wilmington, DE.
Duties Include:
* Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate test results; Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail; Development, revision, and upkeep of test cases for all applications that are in scope of UAT
* Understanding the intent of a business requirement
* Formulating test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved
* Execution of business scenario in UAT environment
* Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status
* Ensuring testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate
* Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups
* Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness
* Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed
* Responsible for helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various products
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
