    โ€ข Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management.
    โ€ข Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed.
    โ€ข Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds.
    โ€ข Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests.
    โ€ข Prepares living units for new Residents.
    โ€ข Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs.
    โ€ข Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools.
    โ€ข Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
    โ€ข Learns and understands the door alarm system.
    โ€ข Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire.
    โ€ข Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds.
    โ€ข Mechanical ability required.
    โ€ข Valid driver's license in the state of employment required.
    โ€ข Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
