We are looking for an experienced QA/Test Specialist to help us build the next generation of AI enabled web and mobile agentic applications. You will work with a small team of bright and experienced application developers to push the boundaries of web and mobile technologies.The selected candidate will have a broad knowledge of testing and QA methodologies and will efficiently work with software developers, business analysts, customers, and management to ensure high-quality, bug-free software releases.

The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with product owners/managers and software engineers to establish clear acceptance criteria and validate requirements
  • Support all levels of testing: unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance/load, and automated regression tests
  • Write and apply automated test suites to internally developed applications to ensure proper operation and free from defect
  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks
  • Oversee the bug lifecycle, conduct root-cause analysis, and advocate for quality standards before product releases
  • Recommend improvements to current software development processes to improve end-to-end quality of software
  • Generate test data and quality metrics for applications
  • Create testing guides for user acceptance testing and perform demos as needed

What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements for the IT Systems Analyst Staff III

  • Associate degree with 5 years of experience
  • 2 or more years of end-to-end software testing experience with a variety of browsers and platforms: Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, iOS.
  • 2 or more years of REST API testing experiences
  • Experience with test automation frameworkssuch as: Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor JS, Nightwatch JS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP requests, and basic SQL for backend validation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating software bugs
  • Experience with Agile development process and test automation
  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and self-organized under minimal supervision
  • Ability to quickly grasp, learn and teach others new technologies & tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance

In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for an IT Systems Analyst Staff IV include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 1 or more years of experience testing workflows
  • Perform business workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
