Job Title:          Test Lead

Location:          Madison, WI

Full Time 

Job Description: 

This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with UI and API test automation while contributing to the creation and enhancement of automation frameworks. The position requires a strong SDET who can work independently and support Agile testing through in-sprint automation.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support UI automation using Selenium-WebDriverIO and JavaScript.
  • Perform API testing using NodeJS.
  • Create and enhance automation frameworks using strong OOPS concepts.
  • Work with Jenkins and GitLab as part of the automation process.
  • Utilize Allure Reports, Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
  • Support Agile testing and in-sprint automation.
  • Work as an individual contributor in an SDET capacity.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to testing and automation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 8โ€“10 years of experience.
  • Strong UI automation experience using Selenium-WebDriverIO and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
  • API testing experience using NodeJS.
  • Experience with Allure Reports, Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of OOPS and the ability to create or enhance automation frameworks.
  • Agile testing experience with in-sprint automation.
