Duties * You will provide guidance and direction to range Program Managers to assure effective management of national and international programs supported by Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). * You will provide recommendations to the Range Operations Department Head regarding the development and capabilities of the range to meet current and future needs of customers. * You will partner with other Range Divisions Heads, including Systems Data Processing and Display, Threat Simulation, Range Safety, Communications, Air Operations, Supply and Public Works to support Test and Evaluation requirements. * You will review program cost estimates and expenditures derived by Program Managers to assure compatibility with overall PMRF budget and charging policies. * You will routinely represent PMRF at top echelon conferences of US and Allied nation sponsors, contractors, and other U.S. and foreign government agencies. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating test range programs to ensure that the required resources (personnel, financial, and range) are in place to support the safe conduct of test and evaluation force readiness events.
