Manufacturing Test Technician
Location: Solon, OH
Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a senior level Manufacturing Test Technician to play a critical role in ensuring complex inspection systems are fully tested, calibrated, and ready for customer delivery.

Duties:

  • Assemble, configure, and integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into complete systems

  • Perform functional, performance, and final acceptance testing

  • Align and calibrate cameras, lighting, sensors, and other critical system components

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues

  • Perform adjustments and minor rework to bring systems into specification

  • Complete testing documentation, reports, and quality records

  • Verify customer-specific configurations and system readiness prior to shipment

  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Project Engineering, and Shipping teams to resolve issues and improve reliability

Experience:

  • Three+ years working with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or automated systems

  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation

  • Hands-on experience using hand tools and basic test equipment

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or technical Degree preferred
