Job description

Job Responsibilities Proctors are responsible for administering exams for SCC students in a quiet environment while keeping tests and testing materials in a secure location until returned to instructors. Proctors are also responsible for proctoring exams from non-SCC institutions by abiding by policies put in place to create a secure testing environment for partnering colleges. In addition, the testing proctor maintains files, manages logs and records, complies data, answers emails, and communicates daily with students, faculty and other staff members.

Quality customer service skills is a must. Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelors degree. Preferred Qualifications The testing proctor must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently during peak testing hours.

Good communication and customer service skills are essential. knowledge of computers, especially Microsoft Office software is necessary. Experience in the field of education is a plus.
