Overview

The Exam Proctor ensures the integrity and smooth administration of examinations. This is an as needed position, primarily during midterm and final exam periods. Proctors are assigned to specific exam rooms or testing sites and are responsible for overseeing the testing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Report promptly to the assigned exam room or site
  • Distribute exam papers and materials as directed
  • Monitor students throughout the exam to ensure compliance with testing rules
  • Ensure that no unauthorized materials are used during the exam
  • Address and document any incidents of academic dishonesty, including confiscating exams when necessary
  • Collect all completed exam papers and return them according to provided instructions
  • Remain in the exam room until all materials have been collected and accounted for
QualificationsEducation/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED Eqvlnt Required.
