Compensation: $15.15 / hour
Description
Job Purpose
Oxford International Phoenix is looking for a test proctor to assist in administering and monitoring the IELTS test, an English Language Proficiency Test used for immigration and academic enrolment purposes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Help set up test paraphernalia
  • Handle Sensitive Information and Material in a Professional and Secure Manner
  • Register test takers and make sure no contraband items are permitted in the test room
  • Read instructions in clear spoken, fluent English
  • Monitor test takers during the test to help trouble shoot and make sure no malpractice or cheating occurs during the test
  • Report any suspicious activity to supervisor during test
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in post-exam administrative duties as necessary
  • Take down test paraphernalia
  • Attend trainings as necessary
