Syntricate Technologies is seeking a QA Analyst with expertise in RPA and UiPath testing. The role involves leading testing teams and ensuring quality through automation and performance testing across multiple technologies.

• Leading testing team in Automation testing, performance testing
• UiPath test Automation setup
• Robotic Process Automation - UiPath
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years of UiPath test automation experience including automation scripting.
• 12+ years of testing experience with 2+ different industries.
• 8+ years of leading testing teams.
• 3+ years of leading multiple testing teams spanning multiple technologies and multiple testing types: Functional (including integration/system/data migrations etc.), automation, performance and security.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams with appropriate measurable quality goals for a project and KPIs for the individuals in the team.
• 5+ different technology work experience.
• Able to articulate/communicate effectively.
• 2+ years of hands-on coding/automation scripting experience and can demonstrate ability to understand and articulate overall architecture of previously worked projects.
